At Seri33, you log in using the Malaysian mobile number you registered with when creating your account — not an email address. This is a deliberate design choice, as a Malaysian phone number is more unique and easier to remember than an email address you might have several of. Enter your phone number without the country code (+60), as our system adds it automatically.
What to Do If Your Login Fails
Sometimes logging in to your Seri33 account may fail for a number of reasons. Don't panic — here are the steps you can take depending on your situation:

Check Phone Number Format
Make sure you enter your number without the country code (+60) and without the leading zero in some cases. For example, if your number is 012-3456789, enter only "123456789" in the phone number field — not "60123456789" or "0123456789".

Make Sure Caps Lock Is Off
Your Seri33 password is case-sensitive. Check whether Caps Lock is active on your keyboard before entering your password. This is one of the most common causes of login failures that people often overlook.

Try Resetting Your Password
